VISION APP Very soon will be launched in all stores
The Vision Media Player app will soon be available on various platforms, including Samsung TV, LG TV, Android TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android mobile devices, and in all major smart stores.

Feel free to test the example playlist provided and verify the functionality of your stream links. Ensure that your TV is compatible with the required codecs. If you own an LG webOS TV, adjust the Stream Player Type to NC Auto in the app settings. Keep in mind that various TV models may have different levels of support for specific stream formats. Check the supported formats and codecs for the following platforms: Samsung, LG webOS, and Android.

Start by testing the example playlist and double-check your playlist for any errors. Before proceeding, ensure that your URL is a direct link and not a redirect. Alternatively, you can download the playlist file by entering the playlist URL directly into your internet browser's address bar and use it as a static playlist on the 'My List' page. If you encounter a 'Check playlist URL' error, power off your device from the cord for one minute to clear the cache. Additionally, try long-pressing '0' or 'CH' or clicking the 'Reload' button to force a playlist URL reload. Consider optimizing your playlist size by removing channels or movies, especially if you have a device with limited memory. If your playlist is not visible on your TV or disappears after a restart, make sure to check the 'Save online' option when uploading the playlist. For Samsung TV users, you can reset the Smart HUB or restart your TV to clear the cache. Keep in mind that television sets have limited memory for app storage. If your playlist is too large, your TV may not be able to save it in its memory.

Clear the cache by switching off your TV from the power outlet for about one minute before attempting to resolve the issue.

The app needs to load the list from your source or provider's server every time you start it.

Each TV is equipped with two MAC addresses: the first one for WiFi and the second one for Ethernet connection. The second MAC address is automatically activated when you switch to another connection type and restart the app. It's important to note that MAC addresses are unique to each TV and cannot be changed manually.
