This document comprises of a legally comprising agreement connecting you as a user of our website and VISION TV. All terms not defined in this document have the meanings attributed to them in the Terms of Use Agreement between you and VISION TV which by using this website you agree to understand.
Accepting the use of VISION TV Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of VISION TV is subjected exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not be allowed to use the Website for any other purpose deemed illegal or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using our website, you are completely accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers included in this notice. If you don’t accept any of our Terms and Conditions, it is advisable to stop the use of our website immediately.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • We provide our website on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without representing or endorsing as well as without a warranty of any type whether articulated or implied, including but not restricted to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
  • To the extent till the law permits us, VISION TV cannot be held liable for any indirect or substantial loss (together without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) occurring out of or in association with the use of the Website.
  • VISION TV does give assurance that the functionality of the Website is going to be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be fixed or that the Website or the server that makes it accessible are free of viruses or anything else which may be damaging.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted so as to eliminate or restrict the liability of VISION TV personal injury as a result of the negligence of VISION TV or that of its employees or agent.
Private Home Viewing Only
VISION TV offers it services solely for the purpose of viewing, using and enjoying at your private home. You must agree that none of our services provided will be used or viewed in areas open to the public, commercial organizations or other residential locations.
We may not rebroadcast or perform our services and admission may not be charged when you listen, use or view any services.
Please remember, if we find you using or viewing the services in an area open to the public, a commercial organization or some other residential location, we can disconnect your services without any refund.
Programming Restrictions
We can black out certain services, including without restriction, some subscription services, sporting events and broadcast network service in your viewing area.
Minimum Programming Levels
VISION TV reserves the right to acquire and/or change minimum programming needs at any time. For example Ban/Remove/Change, and without restriction, VISION TV may need a minimum commitment term.
VPN or use of Proxy
Users are not allowed to use VPN or proxy servers when connected to our servers as it will end in permanent suspension.
Compatibility
To get access to the services, make sure to use devices that fulfil the system and compatibility basics which we establish in our Help Centre.
Internet Service and Data Usage
It is important to note that there are various things we are not responsible for. Some particular functions of the app call for an active internet connection. You can make use of either internet connection, Wi-Fi or mobile data, but we do not take responsibility for the functioning of the app when you do not have access to an active internet connection.
If you use our app in an area with no Wi-Fi, the terms of the agreement will still apply when you use it on your mobile data. Consequently, your mobile data provider may charge you for the cost of data for the duration of the connection when you access the app or other third party charges. Thus, when you use the app, you will have to accept responsibility for any such charges, as well as roaming data charges too when you use the app outside your home province without turning off data roaming. If someone else is paying the bills for the device you’re using the app on, please make sure to have permission from the person when using the app as we assume the same.
Payment Information
VISION TV shares your Payment Information with banks relevant to your transaction for enabling transactions to complete. Moreover, VISION TV may use payment information for determining your credit-worthiness. During the procedure of determining that, we can make the payment information available to banks or credit agencies.
VISION TV offers up-to-date technology and internal procedures for guarding your payment information against intruders. However, please note we are not guaranteeing that such technology will fully eliminate all the risks of theft, loss or misuse.
VISION TV will not be accountable to you or anyone else for any damage that might occur from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of payment information including your credit card information.
To be clear, we won’t charge you for the app and its services without providing you with complete transparency for what you’re paying.

PAYMENTS

The activation fee and subscriptions are payable through the following payment methods:

  •           Credit/debit card (Stripe)

The platform will be activated upon payment of the activation fee. The subscription will be activated upon completion of the payment and registration process and will be charged on each billing date automatically. Once the transaction is processed, we will send an electronic receipt to the user's email address. 

If you find any inconsistencies in your billing, please contact us via our contact details or you can make a complaint via the Buyer service of the relevant payment platform.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorisation. This usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Your card may be declined for a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

If your payment is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method or provide another card on which the payment can be charged and processed.

Your payment details will be treated and retained securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the subscriptions. VISION TV reserves the right to engage any payment platform available on the market, which processes your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the subscriptions.


Payments and Billing
Rates and Prices: You must acknowledge that the nature of the service furnished and the rates plus charges have been made clear to you. Keep in mind that VISION TV reserves the right of changing the rates and prices which we specify in ‘Other Fees’.
Payments: When you order, you agree to pay VISION TV. All fees are going to be due instantly and non-refundable, with the exceptions mentioned in the section below, even if the services are suspended, terminated or transferred prior to the end of the term of service. VISION TV explicitly reserves the right to alter pricing through email notification and/or notice on its website.
Refunds: There is no scope of refund so you get a 7-day trial period for testing purpose. No kind of refund query will be entertained under any circumstances like a bad internet connection or more. The proper working of your channels depends on your internet speed and other technical aspects, we do not guarantee that. Nonetheless, customers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase date upon written notice or email to us before the real setup and/or configuration of their server.
Payment Terms:
You will be provided with numerous options to pay for your goods, through your PayPal account, debit card or credit card. When you opt for making payment through your card, our website directs you to our trusted pay website for giving your details. Please be assured that we do not receive or store any kind of details about your card whatsoever.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Therefore, it is advisable for users to check this page at regular intervals for any changes. If there are any changes in our Terms and Conditions, we will notify you indefinitely. Changes posted on this page will be effective immediately.
